Personal Training


You will get a face to face fitness training with personal support from a coach. Many so-called modern diseases are caused by a lack of exercise. So many diseases can be avoided or at least delayed with some physical exercise.

Examples are joint diseases, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, dorsal pain and high blood pressure. Untrained or older people should talk to their general practitioner before beginning a fitness training.

Due to my versatile experiences in various therapeutic and rehabilitation institutions it is possible to coordinate the training individually on each disease and performance level.
