Tai Chi

Practising Tai Chi/Taijiquan plays a central role in traditional chinese medicine to proactively contribute the general mental and physical health of people. 

Regular practice of Tai Chi has several positive effects on various aspects of physical and mental health, as for cardio vascular system, immune system, pain tolerance, balance and general body control, agility and strength.

Taijiquan is also a highly effective martial art and a high developed form of Qi Gong.

I teach Bagua-Tai Chi like my Tai Chi Master Li Sueyin (Xian, VR China), and I am the representative of the Xiangwuhui (Xian Zhang Xiang Wu) martial arts society in Berlin.
