Aim of Hatha Yoga is to achieve a balance between body and mind due to physical exercises, breathing techniques and meditation. The applied asanas (positions) promoting health through inner massage of the organs and metabolism.

Our Yoga classes are influenced by elements of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.

Coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance are increased and the immune system is strengthened. Breathing exercises, meditation, and massage techniques complete the effectiveness of the exercises.
